The Masseria Guidone extends over the countryside of Torre Santa Susanna and Mesagne, in the province of Brindisi, covering about 80 hectares. It features an impressive complex of buildings, with numerous typical rooms, ancient sheepfolds, dry stone walls, and an old threshing floor. It has belonged to the family of the current owners for over a century. Its land is characterized by an intensive, fully irrigated olive grove of about 20,000 trees, of the Cellina di Nardò, Coratina, Nociara, Cima di Melfi, Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, and Picholine varieties.

The production of our extra virgin olive oil begins at the end of October, when the olives, not yet fully ripe, are harvested directly from the tree, so that they never come into contact with the ground. Processed within six hours of harvesting, the olives produce a bright light green oil, which is strictly cold extracted and then filtered to remove any remaining impurities.
